She worked with us on staging and identifying all the touch up points that needed addressed in our home prior to listing. This led to us being able to ask top dollar when we sat down and looked at comps with Jessica and figuring out the right asking price. After the home hit the market Jessica wasted no time, she had a realtor open house to get feedback and viewings for potential buyers started the next day.
